I really enjoy the drawstring for a snug fit. I wash them in hot water and dried them and they shrunk about a centimeter or two.. they will need to be ironed. I'm extremely happy with the quality, the cut, and the material.

These pants are well made and very comfortable. I will buy another pair and definitely frequent Hempest in the future.

Quality of hemp pant is really good. Your designation of XL on your website does not indicate it is a size 36 waist. Nowhere on your website does it say what small, medium, large, XL or XXL mean in waist size. I have never seen an XL being a 36 anywhere else I have purchased garments. I've tried to call a human at Hempest without success. I tried emailing with no response. I've not found a way to return the pants.. Fortunately I'm coming to Boston in May for my son's graduation and will try to return or exchange these "XL" pants for the XXL if in fact they are the right size. As you can see, I'm pretty frustrated. I'd like to not be. I really like the quality of construction, just not the sizing. Yours truly a crazy hemp fan.
